Ready to dye ‘BB merino’ yarn - Fonty

The BB merino yarn ready to dye, 100 % merino, is light, bulky and super soft.

Made of 3 slightly twisted strands this Fingering type of yarn (Nm 3.12000) comes per 100g skein (400m) in natural white, ready to dye.

BB merino quality is made from extra fine combed merino wool, sourced from South America. The fibers are Superwash treated.

After spinning, no treatment has been carried out on this yarn (non-degreased, non-softened, non-vaporized yarn). This yarn offers you the possibility to create your own range of unique colors using dyes (see our Ashford dyes).

The BB merino yarn is recommended for all types of fine and delicate work (e.g. sweaters, scarves, blankets, beanies and many more) by knitting, crochet and weaving.

Machine washable at 30°C, no spin and dry flat

For knitting: needles 2.5 - 3, sample 10 x 10 cm: 30 stitches x 39 rows, sweater size 40: 4 skeins

For weaving: warp with approx. 5 ends / cm
